Accessibility Audit Service
Starting at $100 – $250 per page
Accessibility audits conducted by technical experts who manually evaluate your digital asset(s) against WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Audits consist of thorough, fully manual evaluation and include screen reader testing, keyboard navigation testing, visual inspection, code review, and automated scan as a review. The evaluation covers websites, web apps, mobile apps, platforms, dashboards, software, and other digital assets. You’ll receive a detailed technical audit report in Excel format that identifies specific accessibility issues and provides actionable recommendations for your development team.
VPAT Services
Starting at $350 for WCAG edition
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) services help organizations meet procurement requirements by documenting the digital accessibility of their products and services. Accessible.org completes detailed VPATs and creates Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR) based on their audit findings. Multiple VPAT editions are available, including WCAG ($350), Section 508 ($550), EN 301 549 ($650), and International ($950). The service can be paused to allow teams time to address issues before final report issuance, resulting in a cleaner accessibility conformance demonstration.
User Testing Services
Starting at $550 per session
User testing provides real-world validation of accessibility improvements through evaluation by professionals with disabilities. Sessions are conducted by accessibility professionals who are blind or visually impaired, using screen reader technology to navigate and test your digital assets. Each session covers up to 10 pages or screens within a 30-minute duration and includes a recording of the testing session plus a user testing attestation. Pricing is discounted to $450 per session when combined with audit services.
Technical Support
$195 per hour
Flexible technical support hours provide ongoing assistance for accessibility implementation and validation. This service includes verification that audit issues have been properly resolved, as well as answering any accessibility or implementation questions your development team encounters during remediation efforts. The hourly support model allows organizations to access expert guidance as needed throughout their accessibility improvement process.
